Question: Is North Atlantic an Authorized Dealer for a particular brand?
Answer: While North Atlantic is not an authorized or direct dealer for the brands listed on our main page, All timepieces come DIRECTLY from authorized dealers and major industry wholesalers. All watches come complete with all boxes, dealer stamped warranty paperwork and instruction manuals.
Question: Are North Atlantic's watches New/Authentic?
Answer: All timepieces we offer are new, not used, never worn, and 100% Authentic and come with all boxes, paperwork, instruction manuals and stamped warranty cards when applicable. Any timepiece that is used or from an estate will be clearly stated in the description of the item.
Question: What is North Atlantic's return policy?
Answer: A call tag must be requested from North Atlantic within 30 days from original date of purchase prior to returning any timepieces. You must return the item the same way you received it with all boxes, paperwork warranty cards etc. Items that have been worn or altered in any way will be refused. All returned timepieces are subject to a 8% restocking fee. Exchanges will receive 100% credit towards a replacement item. Special order timepieces are final sale, except in the unlikely event the the item is defective

Question: Does North Atlantic's timepieces come with a Warranty?
Answer: Yes all timepieces purchased from North Atlantic come with a 2 year Warranty. We will provide to you a dealer stamped warranty, when available with your timepiece. Because we are not a manufacturer authorized dealer the manufacturer may or may not honor the original warranty. However if you are unable to obtain warranty service from the manufacturer within 2 years from date of original purchase, North Atlantic will obtain service form the Authorized dealer that originally supplied the timepiece or through our service department
Question: What does North Atlantic do to protect against Credit card fraud?
Answer: All credit card transactions are reviewed by our security team. We only ship to the address that the credit card bills to for our customers protection. All orders that North Atlantic process go through an extensive security screening system. Any fraud indicators are immediately reported to the credit card issuing bank. We reserve the right to cancel any order we feel is a potential fraud. We recommend that you contact us by phone to prevent cancellation of your order

Answer: Our company was established with you, the customer in mind. Your order will be prepared professionally and securely packaged, as only we ourselves, would want to receive one.
